Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

We understand that circumstances change. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling a project or service engagement with CyberQuill Agency.

2. Cancellation by the Client

• Before work begins: You may cancel at any time before development work has started and receive a refund of any advance payment, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• During development: You may cancel an ongoing project by providing written notice via email. You will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including any milestones in progress, plus a 15% early termination fee on the remaining project value. Any remaining prepaid balance after these deductions will be refunded.
• After delivery: Once deliverables have been provided and approved (or 3 business days have passed since delivery without written objection), cancellation is not applicable. Refund terms from our Refund Policy apply instead.

3. Cancellation by CyberQuill

We reserve the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances:

• Non-payment or repeated late payments by the client.
• Failure of the client to provide necessary information or materials after reasonable requests.
• The project scope changes significantly beyond the original agreement without mutual consent.
• Violation of our Terms of Service.

In such cases, the client will be billed for work completed and any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded.

4. How to Cancel

To cancel a project, send a written cancellation request to shaibuafeez@gmail.com with your project name and reason for cancellation. We will confirm receipt and provide a final statement of work completed and any applicable refund within 5 business days.

5. Deliverables Upon Cancellation

Upon cancellation, any completed and paid-for deliverables will be handed over to the client. Work-in-progress deliverables that have not been paid for remain the property of CyberQuill until payment is settled.
